Kansas Honor Flights

This year, Clearwat er Elementary West is participating in a Fall Fundraiser Campaign to raise money to support Kansas Veterans through the Kansas Honor Flight program . Beginning October 1st , each classroom will begin taking donations and raising money to donate to the Honor Flights program . The program honors Kansas WWII, Korea and Vietnam War Veterans by giving them an all-expense paid 3-day trip to Washington, D.C. to visit their Memorials, Ft . McHenry, and Arlington National Cemetery.  The winning class from each grade will be announced on Friday, October 25.  Students from the winning classes will have the opportunity to go to the Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower airport to welcome hme our heroes on Friday, November1st.
